Manaʻo Company
FIJI FEST ARTIST LEGACY

Manaʻo Company

A cornerstone of Hawaiʻi island music with multiple direct recordings featuring FIJI and a shared history stretching back decades.

THE FIJI CONNECTION

Two catalogs crossing on the same recordings.

Manaʻo Company and FIJI share a direct recording history on the 2001 album Spread a Little Aloha. FIJI is featured on “Dedicate My Love” and again on “Stepping Out / Hawaiian Children” alongside Three Plus.

The relationship fits a larger pattern from George’s career. In a 2001 interview, FIJI described how he regularly wrote, produced, arranged, and contributed background vocals for other island artists, with Manaʻo Company specifically named among the acts he worked with.

That makes Manaʻo Company’s appearance at FIJI Fest part of a real shared musical history — not simply two artists from the same genre, but collaborators whose catalogs intersect.
