Event Rules & Policies

Admission & Age Policy

General Admission is all ages.

VIP areas are 21+ only. A separate 21+ area will also be available for alcohol service.

Guests entering 21+ areas must present valid government-issued photo identification.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as required by law or expressly authorized by the event organizer. Please review your ticket selection before completing your purchase.

Re-Entry

There is no re-entry.

Once you enter the event, you must remain inside the event grounds.

Seating

Guests may bring:

• Low-profile folding or beach-style chairs
• Blankets

Tall chairs, tents, canopies, and other structures that may block sightlines are not permitted.

Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Alcohol brought in from outside the event is prohibited.

Alcohol service will be limited to designated 21+ areas.

Cameras & Recording

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use are welcome.

Cell phones and normal personal cameras are permitted.

Professional cameras, detachable-lens camera systems, professional video equipment, and drones are not permitted without prior authorization.

Guests are encouraged to share their FIJI Fest experience on social media, tag the event, and help celebrate FIJI’s legacy.

Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted:

• Weapons or firearms
• Fireworks or explosives
• Drones
• Professional camera or recording equipment without authorization
• Outside food or beverages
• Outside alcohol
• Tall chairs
• Tents, canopies, or similar structures
• Items that may obstruct views or interfere with the experience of other guests

Additional prohibited items may be announced as event operations are finalized.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to:

• Treat fellow guests, artists, staff, vendors, and security with respect
• Follow instructions from event staff and security personnel
• Respect restricted areas and event equipment
• Avoid behavior that creates an unsafe environment or interferes with other guests

Guests who do not follow event rules or security instructions may be removed from the event.
