Undaground Konkushyn
A Hawaiʻi-grown rhythm-and-vibe group with a multi-genre island catalog, joining FIJI Fest Hawaiʻi 2026 to honor the artist whose music became part of the soundtrack of their lives.
“He was part of the soundtrack of my life.”
Undaground Konkushyn is among the artists publicly confirmed to perform at FIJI Fest Hawaiʻi 2026.
FIJI Fest is bringing together longtime collaborators, established island-music voices, and a newer generation of performers around the legacy of George “FIJI” Veikoso.
I first heard FIJI sing when he was singing with Hawaiian Style Band. It was a time in my life when I was searching for an identity as a Polynesian in this world.
As he evolved musically and took island reggae to new heights through his collaborations and innovative mixes and styles, his music matched whatever I was going through at the time.
There are too many memories to pick just one. He was part of the soundtrack of my life.
Being part of this tribute is one of the greatest honors of our musical careers. I am thankful to the FIJI Foundation for taking on the mission of perpetuating his legacy.
One love,
Undaground Konkushyn
